Top would be basically most ranged kennen teemo ECT and the likes of riven and most of the juggernauts.
Mid zed syndra yasuo several others aswell
Bot all the traditional adc bullies are pretty terrible atm MF cait and Lucian however draven still fits the bill.
Support blitz thresh and Leona. Karma and nami aswell
Lane dominators? If youre looking for a "git gud quick" scheme to let you win lane more often, you wont find it with recommended champs. If youre looking for lane bullies that can out-pressure opponents, thats quite situational.
Consider the post below: Not all ranged champs bully their opponent out of top lane. Its extremely easy for a fighter to tank up and nullify any dmg a teemo or kennen will put out. Ive legit lost against a sejuani as kennen cuz i couldnt harass her out of lane and once she hit lvl 6 id get outtraded. Or take gnar for example. He can be a great lane bully, yet hes countered by trundle.
Your concern shouldnt be: "Who can dominate a lane", it should be "what does my team comp need". Pay attention to what each champ brings to the table and THEN you'll learn who can bully who out of lane, and why theyre able to, whether it be range, aoe dmg, hard cc threat, etc.
