Are we ever going to do something about trolling in Ranked?

Like, seriously?

The team was screwed at champ select. Both Anivia and Ekko wanted mid, so Ekko decided "sharing mid lane" was going to be fun, and Anivia obliged. Then Cait was left at botlane alone (but managed to get a kill regardless) while Ekko gave FB @ 2 mins. Then both of these trolls just randomly ran into the enemy team and just volunteered for Meals on Wheels because they fed like hell. At CS, I asked why would they troll on a ranked game, and you know what Ekko said? "dude ur silver ur not gonna go anywhere" and "it's not like it matters anyway im just playing on my bro's acc no big deal."

Of course, I muted both of them at the start but that didn't stop their toxicity because they pinged like crazy and fed. I all-chatted to report anivia and ekko but Gnar just said "hey theyre not our problem."

It sucks because I'm really trying my best to get better and climb but there are just people who drag you down. Trolling should not be tolerated at all in ranked. I understand if people troll in normals because that's where you have fun. But in Ranked, it shouldn't even be an issue. Riot **must **enforce a zero tolerance policy on trolling in ranked games.

My idea for a solution might seem harsh, but I'm gonna share it. Get reported once, get a warning. Second report should be a ban for an x amount of time from playing ranked games. Third report should be a ban for an x amount of time from playing the game. Negative reinforcement can only get you so far.
