Twitch got nerfed harder than Vayne did as well. He got nerfed on the same patch they changed ADC items last time when BotRK and Shiv went in. ADC pre-season patch they nerf him again by weakening his ult while Vayne got a compensation buff to Silver Bolts after they slightly toned it down.

In this world where games are ending in 25ish minutes a lot, "late game" champs like Vayne supposedly should be doing shitty (think Kog'ma's 32% winrate), and yet Vayne is still outperforming pretty much everyone but Graves.

The removal of Oracles truesight and making it some garbage "shadow" as well as removing late game pinks was a direct buff though, more then countering the frost queens.
