Why would you give to 
an AD scalling on his E ? So people could play him as ADC and not AP mid ? How about reducing his AP ratios then ?

Sir Yamazuki1 votesWhat do you mean? He's played as an adc bot lane over 80% of the time and even when he's mid it's also mostly as AD... AP Ezreal players have always been a minority other than recently with the smite thing, but that got fixed and then they went back to playing AD Ezreal. All they are doing is buffing AD Ezreal if he **chooses **to give up his escape. It's better than buffing other parts of his kit.
