Ranked Update

Did Riot screw with lp gain/loss or mmr or something with this update?

Before this update I was gaining 21-24 lp probably with wins and losing like 15-16 or something I think.

Today I gained 18 lp from a win, then lost a game and they took 18 to set me back down to 0. Game after that I got demoted out of the blue. I've never been demoted once before, so wtf is going on???
