Evelynn's Ult needs a buff.
Recently I've really taken a shine to Eve! She's super fun to play and I love everything about her kit! ... everything except Agony's Embrace.... :P
On it's own it's not bad, but when compared to other champs it's pretty weak.
Her ult does more damage at a longer range and can stun.
His hits a much larger area and can actually kill.
Ditto.
Heck, her E is almost the same move! :P
I've thought of a few changes that would help my gal out. I'm not saying they should ALL be applied but any one of them would be a good upgrade to an underwhelming ult.

Cut the cooldown - For what it does I feel it should be on the same clock as Lux's laser.

Add a brief silence - couldn't tell you how many times I've hit someone with this just to have them
, or use some other escape move immediately. -
Make it a stun rather then a slow - same idea as 2

Make it deal damage based on max health rather then current - As it is, this move can never kill, and it becomes much less useful if you're late to the team fight.
I've only been playing a few months, but I know Eve has been hit by the nerf bat pretty hard in the past... Give her some love Riot! :D
