Why are certain spells and channels not "end on release" channels to avoid accidentally canceling?

Vi Q, Xerath Q, Galio taunt, Zac ult and slingshot, they're charging...

But what about Nunu ult, Jax counterstrike, Malzahar ult? Could have them end or second cast on release.
