I've queued up seven times so far for the new draft queue. I've gotten my primary once.
Support Primary, got it 1/3 times Top Primary, got it 0/4 times while Support Secondary Got Fill Secondary while SUPPORT PRIMARY 2/3 times

its a new system that hasnt been tested long enough. its gunna have problems

so just queue for top when you want support kappa
I've heard this a few times where the game seems to be preferring to place you in your secondary role over your primary instead of what you'd expect.
