[Gold income] Are gold income runes worth it?

I came here today to find out from the League Community if adding 3 Quints of gold regen and 9 Seals of gold regen are worth adding to my rune page.

My math is as follows:

Quint Gold per second: 0.1 Quantity: 3 Value: .3

Seal Gold per second: 0.025 Quantity: 9 Value: 0.225

Total value: 0.525 gold per second

So every two seconds I get an extra gold, meaning that every minute of gameplay I would receive an additional 31.5 gold.

2 minion kills add up to the amount. Much rather have the combat stats to last hit better.

I would say Its not worth it as you would be sacrificing ap/ad/armor quints and seals reducing your 1v1 potential and damage in the laning phase.

In general, Gp5 isn't even viable on supports.

Maybe you could get away with it on some full tank guy that doesn't even rely on his runes, but it's still such a low amount that you'd be better off getting actual stats.
