Oh boy new juggernaut changes! Morde can summon drags thats awsome! Garen does percent hp true dmg to the carry....oh ok. Daruis can stack hemoriage five times in one auto.........:/ OH but skarner is getting something must be super stronge like the others great Skarners one of my fav champs! Gets spires that the enemy can capture for bonus gold and vision of your jg when they are ahead..........Im sad now :C

Dont worry, Skarner isnt alone in the nerf departament.

Garen and Mord are eating major nerfs once you look past the ''OMG TRUE DAMAGE'' and ''DRAGONS'' hype.
