New runes

I'm a bit bummed from the new rune stats because now I can't do my silly cheese builds. Rip 30 lethality level one. (I'm really not all that upset though it was pretty ridiculous) What I am upset about is the loss of my favorite rune type the percent hp runes. I could have 9% bonus max hp with runes and quints. I used it with sion and could have easily 6000+ hp by the end of the game it was so much fun.
