Can graves still be an ADC
He was my favorite adc with his old buckshot, and old kit, now is he just bad af at adc?

yeh of course he can.
I've seen Graves do well in ADC and, with a proper support to support him, he can do well. However, I would highly recommend duoing with someone if you plan to play him ADC instead of jungle or top.
He takes alot of getting used to :(
Yes, i main him adc pretty successfully, but you need a support who can set you up.
Best with: leona, thresh, alistar Worst with: soraka, janna, and other passive supports.
Dont go for poke, if you go in, have a way out, or be sure you're gonna burst your enemy, your combo should be Q-W(on the adc), AA-E-AA-AA-R that is plenty enough to burst any squishy. Go thunderlord for burst or warlords for sustain.
I build him IE-PD-BT-ArmorPen then either Essance reaver or a defensive item.
