Is there a reason you can't see the other teams ranks on the loading screen?
I just think it's weird that you can see your team mates ranks but not your enemies.

Its because they don't want people to get a bad mindset before the game starts.
Oh look our Silver is against a Plat GG we lost
They don't want everyone to know just how unfair matchmaking truly is. Especially for premades. If you're a silver premade playing against all plats, do you really want to continue playing with friends? It'd be interesting to see some premade winrates.
Long story short it reduces toxic mentalities.
Say a diamond is in a normal and loses to a silver while trying a champ for the first time. people would likely trash talk the diamond.
On the other hyand the silver might think they are going to lose before the game even starts hurting their game play.
