Champion Mastery in Aram

Lets face it. A lot of us play ARAM and want to see it utilized in a sense. I don't want it to become like Dominion and go down the gutter and any kind of utility to keep it in the lime light would be nice. That and actually having ARAM drawn from the full champion pool, but that's a complaint for another thread.
