Will I decay to a lower elo?
Im currently plat 3, but parents have banned lol for me. Will I decay all the way to gold 1 and if I only decay to plat 5, will I get a plat 3 border or plat 5?

You will decay to Gold 1. It will take 2 weeks for the Decay to start happening. It will take another like 3 weeks to decay to Gold 1 i think
People need to look stuff up before they just post:
"Platinum, Diamond, Master, and Challenger are all subject to decay. In Platinum and Diamond, after 28 days of inactivity in any ranked queue, you'll begin losing LP based on your current tier. Every seven days after that, you'll lose LP until you play a match in that queue. Diamond players lose 50 LP each time they decay, platinum players lose 35."
