@Riot Please Give Kennen Damage Reduction Too!

I have always loved Kennen and his Lighting Rush ability. I think it would add a bit of depth to him if got the Molten Shield treatment! Then you could use Lightning Rush to reduce damage from a skill shot you know you won't be able to dodge, of if you find yourself out of position and are about to be initiated on.

Lighting Rush costs a SIGNIFICANT amount of energy and using it for the damage reduction means you would not be refunding any by hitting enemies. To me, this means that converting the bonus resistances to damage reduction would't be too strong.

Also one more thing about Kennen... The CD on his Electric Surge. He has so little reliable damage that maybe we could lower the CD at early ranks? Something like 11-7 instead of 14-6? Just an idea since he is getting some tweaks anyway!
