Would be interested in some advice on how to deal with teams that don't really gel...

I made a few mistakes, but 3 of the 4 people on my team were completely toxic for almost the entire game. After going 6/1/0 in 10 minutes, I started having people on my team become toxic because apparently two gank attempts and two kills wasn't enough for them 10 minutes in (Probably because they never pay attention to anything but their own champ, I repeatedly pinged when the enemy jungle headed down one time and he still ended up jumping them from behind because they were pushed up and the enemy team got 3 kills off it...)

Anyway, I'm just trying to climb rank I'm not good enough to carry teams that don't help out, so I would like advice on how to improve my play. Maybe if I had 12 kills at 10 minutes it would have been different?

You might try to blur out the names of the other players in case this qualifies as a name shame post.

I can't blur out names, it is a video directly from the replay. I need advice on MY gameplay. The main mistakes I see, especially early game, are that I keep accidentally hitting W while I am doing camps and therefore not using W on ganks, as well as a lack of use of the actives on my Titanic Hydra. Additionally, I have the hardest time trying to remember to ward. I average like 3 wards per game or so.
