The balance team nerfed the hell out of Quinn with these Q changes, she no longer has reliable wave clear, she goes oom easier, and her damage is hurting bad. You guys nerfed bot Quinn pretty hard, and bruiser Quinn isn't even viable now. I think there should be more compensation than ad ratio buffs, and base damage on her passive. With these changes I see Quinn as a very situational mid lane pick because in order to amp up her damage you need levels, and you need kills, so roaming bot or top seems like the only real way to do this. One suggestion I have is to increase the base damage of her Q and then give her some base ad buffs.

Patch 5.23 makes it clear that they still don't really know what they are doing. Did all the smart and creative people leave the company?

The changes for Quinn in 5.23 show that they actually care about Quinn, and are listening to player feedback

The old Q (pre 5.22) was already great for wave clear, she didn't need the execute on the Q. Harrier damage got buffed The damage is actually really strong, and I wouldn't be surprised if it gets nerfed in the 5.24 PBE cycle Bot Quinn (and top lane) are both incredibly buffed with the reintroduction of the blind, giving her back her dueling power By adding the utility back to her Q, this actually helps make her not be "I'm fed, so I can kill anything and you can't do anything" or "I'm not fed, and I'm useless"

These idiots have no idea how much they have buffed her. I'm happy riot gave her a pseudo blind, I personally didn't like the execute reset, didn't fit Quinn and glad its gone.

needs base ad buffs, Q buff, and QOL R change that removes immobility when casting 'R'

I got to agree with you, I kinda don't want that blind there, her Q execute and weave clear was awesome until this patch.

I play quinn a lot and yo, I would rather they just let her be like it is right now, imo , she is so fun to play atm, by putting in blind, i dunno man, I kinda sucked at dueling, i prefer this quinn atm with aerial assault.

You sound like you haven't even played her if you think Q isn't a good wave clearing tool. She wasn't nerfed, she was buffed - know the difference.
