How do you play against Renekton?
As the title says. I just had a game where the enemy Renekton was able to 2v1 top and myself(jungle) and snowballed completely out of control from there. So any tips?

Not much too say. He does what hes suppose to do and that is make your laning miserable. I can offer you some counters though. I find

but if hes good he will make you cry because you won't be able to trade efficiently.
Same logic as Riven, for the most part.
- CD based champion, typically combo based. It's harder to bait Renektons CD's, but still something to watch.
- All-in potential. Most Renekton players have a habit of E-AA-W-Q-E, burning all of his CDs and that's his trading potential. Don't let him walk away for free from these trades. If he burns all of his CD's, try to punish him for it.
- Watch his fury. Empowered spells are much stronger, and they'll typically let him outtrade. If he's bad, he'll waste fury. If he's holding fury, it's hard to get a good renekton to burn it, but at least it forces him to push the wave.
- More about fury. Fury gains double under half HP, and his ulti passively generates fury. Fighting him mid ultimate is hard, fighting him while low is risky if he has CD's.
- Renketon has good dive potential. And respectable 1v2 potential. He's built to be a lane bully, but he scales pretty poorly. Just play safe, and wait it out.
renekton is a lane bully. you kinda usually lose lane to a good renekton. you can play teemo since hes his hardest counter now.. renekton cannot win lane against teemo. also sometimes he can beat you and the jungler in a 1v2 if he ganks he has good 1v2 due to deal and aoe spells and an aoe damage ult that makes him tankier. hes not as strong as he used to be tbh but he has great burst and its not a good idea to play a squish against him since he can 100-0 you with a ravenous hydra easily. hell at level 3 he can chunck half your health. tld with a single w.
however he falls harder than any champion. maybe even harder than pantheon because his cds dont come down as much as other manaless champs and ad casters. his damage doesn't really fall off if he builds damage. since he doesnt get any free damage like darius. and he tends to get focused hard
