Nerfless 7.9 ? Buffless? Only indirect?

I want to know if there were any numbers changed for any champions stats of any characters? There are a ton of changes and mechanics notes, but I didnt see direct numbers buffs/nerfs on the champions section of the patch.

If this is so, I think Riot is heading in the right direction to stabilize the game. Nerfs are ok when needed, but not when something is just too popular. Thanks.

This is a big patch that will shake the meta. Riot intentionally put off all the nerf/buff to see how the meta would change as a result of Rift Harald and support quests. They said they don't want noise.
