What happened to Opening botlane and the ability to lane against ranged DPS?

Just faced Draven toplane and lost 300 hp before being able to cs anything - he rushes into the creepwave and takes like 50 dmg. Sorry, but this is retarded. Later I "cs" under tower and have like 10 cs to 50. Then he dives, gets a kill and dies. Then the game is over. Honestly, fix your ranged champs, RIOT, in no other moba laning against ranged DPS is impossible task for melee characters. It doesn't matter - Vayne, Kalista, Cait, Kaisa, Kindred etc- all are the same cancer.
