Is it just me or does Kindred just feel really weak?

Ever since the Kindred mini rework, I just feel like she is really weak. Like, I love the concept of getting extra range and attack speed, but she feels weak as a whole. If you get even remotely behind (which isn't hard because of the mark system), she becomes useless. Like you can't do anything. The whole idea behind hunting is that both teams can see the mark and Kindred has to win. The problem with that is she is so weak early that she can't duel anyone in the jungle, so she loses marks all the time. On top of that, her ult CAN be interesting, but for the most part it offers her nothing. Like, there needs to be at least SOME advantage to Kindred vs the enemy. Maybe like she gets extra movement speed or extra tenacity so she can be ready when the ult ends; something like that. I am really glad the W heal was reverted, but I think her biggest problem has not been solved. Her passive marks showing up on the enemy map provides WAY too much counter play. Unless you somehow get lucky and are closer to the camp, the enemy will almost always take it before you, and again 9/10 times you will not be strong enough early to fight like 90% of other junglers for the mark. In other words, as long as the enemy is at least slightly competent you will not be able to take your mark, because they are closer. I think people should only be able to tell if jungle monsters are Kindred's mark if it is visible. She needs buffs to base stats, so she isn't SO squishy early game (another reason she can't duel early). Her passive could also work like Shyvana with drag where she does bonus damage to her marks; that way she can stand more of a chance of getting her hunt. The marks should also be more forgiving the later the game goes on if you don't have many. That way if you are behind it is actually possible to catch up. Maybe it can be like the marks start spawning in your own jungle because the enemy is ahead, so you are still fighting them, but you actually stand a chance. Just some quick ideas so I am not talking about a champs problems but not offering solutions. EDIT: I just thought of a great idea for her ult. They should make it so that enemy champions take increased damage from all sources while on the ult. It is an interesting trade off for utilizing the ult. They can use it so they also don't die, but they will take extra damage while it is active. They still can't die, so it is not terrible to use. However, it gives Kindred some sort of advantage, because right now it is usually more beneficial to the enemy than it actually is Kindred.
