Honest question and if you have a troll idea, don't bother answering.
So League matches people based on MMR, your real rank is based on MMR, and the difficult of the game is no surprise based on fucking MMR. Why on earth does League even have an LP system which throws people in a division which shouldn't matter whatsoever?
What's the point of LP when you can be a silver with platinum MMR, or a challenger with the MMR of a gold?
real question from me back at you: its not why we have LP its more of WHY THE HELL DO WE HAVE PROMOS if any reason to get 100 lp at all if it gets lost by 3 games. but you know i always stay positive in games to keep spirits no matter how BS the game is.
I'm about to say that in my opinion Rito expects that when u got good MMR at lower ranks, u r easily able to carry the game so u can easily climb up to rank which describes your real skill-group. Unfortunately its not possible in more then 50% of matches, so a lot of good players r stuck in lower ranks..like me ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
