Seriously who thought perma slow is a nice idea? I get why a melee champ will want it, so you won't be able to escape and youre forced to face them, but why are ranged champions allowed to use it? especially fcking teemo, it's beyond annoying and by the time you've reached them youre already below 50% hp..

Worst game ive every played as Darius was vs a Vayne top who rushed Frozen mallet, i could NEVER get in range to right her. The kiting potential with frozen mallet on ranged champions is just stupid, and its nearly impossible to do something about it if the ranged champion has a dash of some sort.
I think frozen malts should be able to be enjoyed by everyone!
