Why can't we report tags?

I always see shit like this (and 90% of the time the players are toxic) and there is no option to report? Come on Riot.

You could report the player for an offensive name and include in the details that the name itself wasn't offensive but the tag was
Why would you get triggered by a club tag?
Honestly we should have the option to report it but clubs can be switched so easily I don't know if it would be possible.
short answer: because that would mean extra work for riot.
To be quite fair, what is the actual name of the clan group that leads to the clan tag?
Is it like "Kleanse Your Soul" or literally a random madeup acronym for "Kill Yourself"

Reported them for offensive names. Made sure to explain in the notes that it was the clan tag. Never got any notice of them being punished
