Rage Timer on Baron

With damage being so high and people now starting to smoke baron with a dps and a tank at 20 minutes could we put a rage timer on baron when it spawns for the first 5 minutes?

By rage timer I mean that the baron is a lot stronger and would need at least a group of 4 to kill it within its initial spawn.

after 5 minutes the baron resumes normal state.
