To be clear, the champion built SPECIFICALLY to run away- Singed, Can not escape Fiora when she has a black cleaver even after using ghost and ult. Yet, you buffed her?

Duuuuuuuuuuude her buff gave nothing to her mobility. Fiora last patch would still catch you, the batch before that and so on and so forth.
This is the placebo effect. You think cuz you saw a miniscule buff and you think that's the reason she got you without thinking or even looking at what the buff was.

you see... 500 movement speed doesnt matter when you have a dash on a 2s cooldown that goes 600 units and slows and grants you movement speed.
Fiora has stupid stick for how much damage she can put out. I rarely feel outplayed by a fiora - she just dash slows me and im left feeling frustrated because i have no escape and she has a powerful slow and MS buffs and true damage.
If fioras slow were to be removed it would be better for sure but the problem would still exist.
