Small teemo tweak
The problem i find with teemo is that its very hard to actually do any aa in a teamfight due to his 500 range.
What if we lowered the att spd from his passive a bit and gave it increased aa range something like 600+ for the duration. The increased ranged wouldnt kick in untill mid game so his laning wouldnt be to strong because teemo is alrdy a good laner.
This will seperate the good teemos from the bad teemos.
