Crit damage Runes

Just wondering, yasuo's passive is supposed to make his Crit damage 10% weaker because he can crit so often. Does buying crit damage runes which give you up to 10% crit damage negate that passive debuff?

Someone give this guy an answer all ready. This knowledge could be game breaking! I'm to lazy to test this my self by creating a custom game with those runes and seeing for myself. I'd much rather someone else do all the work for me.

No he mutliplies his total crit damage by .9, so that would give you .9*(2+.1)=1.89 damage multiplier on critical strikes, instead of the normal 2.0 or yasuo's normal 1.8

To get your crits to equal 2.5 with IE, you would need to have about 278%ish total crit damage, so you'd need the 50% from IE and about 28% from runes to equal it out.

Crit damage runes can more than negate the passive debuff and make his crits do more than 200% damage, without IE. However they're very weak earlygame. They're extremely good in lategame fantasy.
