he is like complete garbage

Or just update his Passive and make it something to do with his shield

Edit: I just miss playing him he was what got me to at least plat and right now im so hard stuck gold, but he is so garbage, either you build DMG to get one shot by everything or you build tank and become so useless

I like Singed best when I'm not playing him.

But no honestly his whole gameplay style just feels boring, uninteractive, and unhelpful in like every situation. The toss is cool I guess, but I don't like seeing him on my team or on the enemy's for too many reasons.

I think he'd need a complete overhaul to be any good, personally.

Either you build dmg and get one shott by evrthing (you need to get to them to do dmg)

Or just become a tank and become so useless the only good thing of you is a 8sec fling
