Less Rank points punishment in games due to AFKers and DC players

I know there are Remakes but its only 3 min or under. I also want give some suggestions on AFKers or DC. Riots need to reduce the points on players who are affected to the games of AFKers and DC. Here are some suggestion that I think.

1. When 3 min for remake is not available for option. The players on the games and they DC or Rage Quits for a long time around 10 min or more.
2. The whole team decide to Forfeit within 20 mins due to the DC players or AFKers. At least, our guys loose around 11-15 points
3. When its over 23 (3 min time to for the team chance to Forfeit for less points) should give us a chance to Forfeit for loosing less points, and instead of loosing tons of point for a game that is not our fault.
4. If riot is changing the forfeit to 15 min, and they should give players, who rank should be punish for less points.
5. Promos should have a game shield if they had an AFKer or DC player.
6. The program should pick up on the AFKers or DC players because when the game end, and we all go to the end game lobby and see the red color of the player who is DC or AFK. This clearly shows that the program shown they can able to keep the track of players who are afk, and reduce the points on rank.

Hopefully, Riot get the message and think about improving gameplay on ranking system. Thanks for reading my suggestions, and comment for more suggestions on gameplay on AFKers and DC.
