Ummm I can't get on league why?

Ummmmmmm..... well after I updated the version.. the games can't open no more. It keep saying the program is running but I can't see it to close it under Task Manager. If anyone know this bug let me know and HELP ME CAUSE I WANT TO PLAY!!!! [zombie-brand-clap] [zombie-brand-facepalm]
