Ever since I've updated League. It has been giving me consecutive crashes

I've already been reported this bug, but I need help. My league of Legends has been crashing on my Champ select and Loading screen. My internet works fine. For example, my families and I was playing under the same internet connection, and after that the system keeps telling me that I've been disconnected in loading screen, or champ select gets frozen on my computer. It effected my rank games and now I am in 20 min AFK penalty. Meanwhile it's been working fine for my other siblings that are playing league. When I do have a chance to play the game. My MS is usually 62-78 ms. The game play is working fine. I do believe that its something that the client is acting up like its buggy or something. Is it the Client update that has been acting up on connection or some type of bugs? I don't want to reinstall league, but If I have to then I will. NEED HELP PLEASE!!!
