I KNOW that Relic Shield being bought on ranged champions wasn't what riot intended for the item.

However, the reducing the heal by 50% for ranged champions may have inadvertently nerfed the poor boy's laning phase.

What u guys think about this?

It was actually mentioned a couple of weeks ago, they may have something for him in 8.3.
