Can we please do something about LP loss with AFK's on our team?

I just had a game where the support walked off the fountain and then immediately went AFK for the rest of the game. About 2 minutes in our top laner got frustrated and quit as well. We had to play the rest of the game 3v5, and while we managed to put up a good fight in the end we lost (of course). It doesn't really seem fair (or feel good) that I lost LP after a player went afk less than 30 seconds into the game. Does Riot have any plans to address these sorts of issues?

They shouldn't, because losing LP due to your team feeding is just as unfair.

Think of going into ranked matches as signing a contract. You are liable for every part of the contract, including all of the shit that can go wrong with it.

So by signing the League of Legends Ranked Contract, you become subject to LP loss regardless of the reason.
