Rebinding left click?

So in the new patch (7.15) they added the toggle for attack move to be rebound to left click, as an ADC main, I can personally say that I love the addition to make it easier on resetting up hotkeys if I need to. However, to ping, I have to press G SHIFT Left click; I cannot ping if I go shift G Left click (which is way more conferable imo).

I was wondering if anyone knew how to rebind that interact key, or if it is just worth rebinding my pings? Thanks
