Issue With Syndra's passive abilities tool tip. (Bug or outdated T.T.)

It might have been a bug, or more likely its outdated. When you go to Syndra through SHOP>CHAMPIONS> >ABILITIES; then go to her passive, it shows her Q'ing twice then using W to move both of them. This was the old mid-season W from S6, where she could pick up multiple balls. Now it is limited to one, and it does true damage.

Anyone else see this? Or is my client bugged?
