Trading skin shards?

I thought it would be a good idea, now im not one of those people who just want riot to give us everything for free cuz we "deserve it" I honestly think Riot gives alot too its players alot more than other companies.

But the idea is to trade skin shards, now a way so that the system cant be abused is that you have to trade skins of equal value so a 975 skin for another 975 or a 3250 (Ultimate) for '3' 975 skins or a 1350 for a 975 and a 520 skin or something of that nature.

Now im sure it wont happen because then getting the skin you want would be too easy and it would kind of take the RNG part out of hextech crafting and Riot would end up losing money probably by a decent amount but i dunno the idea just plopped into my head and i wanted to see what others thought.

A cool idea for that would be to charge orange essence to allow the trade like 500 or so
