Jhin QoL buff: Refund on wards

It takes a ridiculously long time to clear a pink on Jhin due to his low attack speed, a 2.5 second reload time, and no attack speed steroid. Assuming 1.0 attack speed (his actual AS is lower), it would take 7.5 seconds to get 5 hits on a pink ward. How about a bullet refund if you auto a ward?

Edit: Maybe on Graves too, though he does get a refund with his E.
