How is this okay?

Why can a mage build boots and one item and do true damage to everyone? Where is the all around MR buffs from everyone losing it from the old rune pages? Correct me if im wrong but only tanks gain MR per level right? So with boots and morello's every champion especially adcs have like 5 or less MR. then they can build zhonya's AND stopwatch? These champions pop off at one item meanwhile bruisers and adcs need 2-3, while being higher level, and have the hardest lane to gank, and have the most utility, and have the easiest access to CDR, all of their items have HP for some reason, and have the most roam potential. And riot is BUFFING solo EXP? WHAT?

Mages need what ADCs got in 8.12. Nerf sorc shoes to 10 Mag pen. Cut all of this stupid HP from every non-bruiser AP item. Take the armor completely off of hourglass. Remove stopwatch from the game. How about we actually make AP assassin items so Diana isn't running around with 4k HP and a shield? Where's the AP thornmail? #EndMagePrivilege
