so every one bitches about VIKTOR top well i just had to face a LUX top with DARK HARVEST as maokai.
i went down 0-3 in lane to lux.
that was just til i got MERCS
then i ended up shutting her down twice getting 1000g from two shut downs, won lane got turret and won game and out csed her.
BUT DAMN IT WAS ANNOYING TIL I GOT MERCS/MR

Power Cosmic1 votesAnd have a miserable time as they poke, kite, and cc you while triggering DH and Electrocute off auto attacks. All the while having no need to actually farm to keep control of the lane.
p.s. I think triggering Electrocute or DH of an auto attack should automatically scale the proc with AD (except for specific melee champs like Diana or Ekko).

Ratpie1 votesI saw the same thing with playing Yorick. Lux put some hurt on early, but then once I got any MR and life she got dumpstered. Mages have good early poke, but once things get rolling, most top mains can just roll them, especially if it is a champ with some hard engage. You just all on lux and don;t let her pole you down first.

Strawberrycocoa1 votesI'd still rather play a melee into Lux than MS Jhin. The amount of free resourceless chunk pokes you take against him while being unable to catch him to retaliate is ludicrous. At least with Lux you can try to dodge her spells and get her when her mana's low.
(I do wish they would take away Lux's ability to detonate her E before it even appears on the ground though. That's the only bad part about facing her)

MrFawknSunshine1 votesyea i can see how that would be bad , if u knew you were gonna be against it you can set up runes to help. like glacial augment + approach velocity and you can use E and W to slow him and then close in on him and get in range for free.
and then if you really wanna fuk with it , go ap and max E and get

Also they are nerfing one of the few Melee who has a favorable matchup against Viktor.
It is Season 4 where ranged took over top lane all over again but with a much worse starting point.
