Remember when Riot said they were going to make the game so snowballing shouldn't happen?

Riot says many things.

Not all of them are true.

No, I don't. Because I am 100% absolutely certain they've NEVER said that.

What they have said is that snowballing should be reduced. And I'm pretty sure they said that quite a while ago, and snowballing went down overall since then.
