Skarner Changes Suggestion

How about, every time he places a point in his ultimate, he gains a stack of Crystal Empowerment. He can expend that charge at any of his crystal spires to charge it with his own crystalline magics, permanently claiming it and slightly increasing it's radius.

When he expends this charge, the energies in the Spire intermingle with energies in his form, granting him a small portion of the Movement Speed and Attack Speed bonuses when away from a Spire.

I don't know. I love Skarner and this just feels like a nerf, so I'm throwing things to see if they stick.
