TWITCH! OUR FAVORITE LITTLE RAT! Hes getting a buff to his ult, crits on first hit, less damage drop off on ult, can enter stealth on reset, and has the new firecannon item. The rat is one of the coolest champions and has been in the backgrounds for a while. F all the new adc changes, this is the most exciting for me.

They have already altered some things on PBE for his ult check here scroll down until you find Twitch anything like this --> ~~HELLO!~~ means that feature was scrapped.

I don't have a PBE account so i check there often along with: Surrender @ 20
