Let's all just be glad that Bard doesn't have overloaded kit.

With all these new overloaded-kit champions around (especially CertainlyT ones), he's the only one that doesn't make me want to rip my hair off while facing him. (Oh, and also for not having knock-up cuz Yasuo doesn't have enough knock-ups already)

Yasuo isn't exactly in the strongest point right now. He doesn't even get played when their are so many champions that can enable his ultimate with their knock-ups (Especially with the popularity of Janna), but in order to prevent him and his overloaded kit from dominating too hard, he had to be nerfed to the ground (though maybe a bit too much).
