Is it fair that, as a mid silver, i got paired with a former plat?
I just got paired against a nocturne jg who was plat last season and is now gold. The enemy janna was also gold. Is this fair?

For example, my friend was plat the season before last season. and since then hes been stuck in high silver / low gold. Simply because he doesn't put in the time like he used to to improve hes mechanics and such.
Don't let their past rankings get you down. just play the game like you normally would :)

Wait till you get to Gold1/Plat5 and start facing the eventual former Diamond or even Master player who just picked up ranked again.
