every single game someone's crying report

and you know what? with how loosely defined toxicitiy is, it actually works. literally had a guy bitching all game cursing everyone else out, i told him to stop bitching, and boom "reported for verbal abuse"

then i read the logs for that game, and the 2 "toxic" lines in question were "quit bitching" and "taric you're acting like a noob"

i mean, it's only a 10 game chat restriction, but fuck man. riot needs to update what it considers toxic, because using buzzwords is the WORST possible way to do this.
