PSA: Stop buying Tear of the Goddess on Veigar

In all of League of Legends, this one thing makes my blood boil. It's not a good item on Veigar in pretty much every situation. Veigar can get pretty scary in the mid-game by going a Mana Regen item (/) and some AP item, but Tear delays his power-spikes too hard in my opinion, not to mention going Tear means you either give up the 20% CDR of the Mana Regen items (a very worthy stat on Veigar for low stun CD) or giving up an AP Item. It's not TERRIBLE, but Veigar's alternative options seem to make more sense on him, as you don't even need the late game strength of as Veigar's late game without it is terror enough.
