I recieved a TWENTY FIVE GAME PENALTY where the most offensive thing i said was "get a life" to people harassing me over a misplay(enemy team). Also, i had not one, not two, but three people on my team harassing me and trolling me as well. I told my top lane "there is a map outside your lane". I would love for you guys to review this game and stop banning me over one game where i was not even close to harassing or being offensive. i simply retaliated like a sane minded human being, and it was not even bad... at all.

if you use chat regularly you Will end up banned. period.

By the way OP, a fair amount of people here are rightfully banned players who are pissy about said ban so yeah.

keep in mind there are 4 tiers of the punishment system

10 game Chat Restrict
25 game Chat Restrict
14-day ban
Permaban

Most the time, its not the "what you say" that gets you the punishment, its how often you say those (negative / toxic) things and how often you get reported for it. Which means after your 25 game chat restrict, next time you are punished will be a 14-day ban. If you maintain toxic free for 3 months, your punishment tier will drop.

Now to be punished, your reports will be validated by the system and the false reports are tossed out. But when there are enough true reports against you, you'll get the punishment and it's not about how severe your chat is.

Retaliation is OK as long as you don't swoop down to their levels and cause toxicity. Which also means you need to be careful on how to retaliate. But retaliating "trolls" with "anger" will most likely get you in trouble.
