Different camera views for spectators

So ive noticed while watching the Team fight breakdowns that pop up every once in a while on the main menu that they utilize different camera angles, 3rd person, first person being able to rotate the map around things like that. I personally love this and was wondering if in the future we could manipulate the camera that way or if anyone knows a program that would allow this to happen id like to know about it please tell me your thoughts.
