Different camera views for spectators

So ive noticed while watching the Team fight breakdowns that pop up every once in a while on the main menu that they utilize different camera angles, 3rd person, first person being able to rotate the map around things like that. I personally love this and was wondering if in the future we could manipulate the camera that way or if anyone knows a program that would allow this to happen id like to know about it please tell me your thoughts.

replays let you rotate the camera howeveer you want

or at least used to. I haven't watched one in ages now, so I don't know if it's changed
